All shipping within Australia is free via our courier partner and is fully covered by insurance.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday AEST excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 30 business days after your purchase for your order to be produced, unless otherwise stipulated.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Simply Diamonds currently only ships within Australia.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Please make arrangements for someone to be at the delivery address supplied, as a signature is required for the goods to be left. PO Boxes can’t be used as a delivery address.

PICK UP OPTIONS

Pick up is currently only available in the Sydney CDB. Please contact us if you would like to use this option.
