Return Policy 

We stand behind every item we sell and want you to be truly delighted with your purchase. Under Australian Consumer law in certain circumstances an item may be returned. 

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website.

Customers are responsible for the immediate examination of the items they receive. Accepting items when received will be viewed as the product being in accordance with the order. Please contact our customer care on +61 (0)2 9232 6289 

If there is an issue with the item received.

Please note that to be eligible for refund or exchange, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at +61(0)2 9232 6289 Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Simply Diamonds. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Simply Diamonds Pty Ltd  is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Simply Diamonds will not be accountable for items that have been altered or repaired by any jeweller other than Simply Diamonds or any of our affiliates. The company also reserves the right to refuse or accept the returned item(s).
